The Matterhorn was the last great Alpine peak to be conquered in 1865 and its ascent marked the end of the Golden Age of climbing. The Alpine Jacket is based on the classic 19th century 4 button climbing jacket featuring a lapel throat latch to fight the cold, a signature bluff pocket and a scooped hem. The jacket is made Scottish Tweed wool and is fully lined with English Cambric cotton.
